Transparent pricing. Fixed-fee by default. For capital transactions requiring regulated placement, we coordinate with licensed partners; any transaction-based fees are disclosed and handled by the licensed party.

Do you take success fees on capital raises?

Stratyne charges flat advisory fees for preparation. If you require a placement agent for the transaction, we introduce licensed partners who may charge success fees under a separate agreement.

Can you help with fundraising for any amount?

We typically work with businesses targeting $250K to $500M in capital. Below $250K, the advisory economics often don't make sense. We'll tell you honestly during the consultation whether we're the right fit.
